We process all orders within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Delivery in 15-25 business days after shipping
- Includes basic tracking
Note: We ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote regions. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the delivery date for most items. Please review our policy below before initiating a return.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be returned in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Hats + Hair accessories
- Jewelry (unless defective)
- Items marked as “final sale”
- Purchases made during special promotions
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your return request
- Wait for Authorization: Our team will review your request and email a return authorization number within 2 business days
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items with all original tags and packaging
- Ship Back: Send to our Richmond address (provided in authorization email) using a trackable method
Return Shipping Costs
- Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error (wrong item or defective product)
- For international returns: Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
Refund Process
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
Want a different size or color of our premium Knit Tops + Tees or Denim? Follow the return process above and include a note specifying your desired exchange. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return (additional shipping charges may apply for international exchanges).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or incorrect product from our Handbags or Footwear collections, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
