At Brave Sales Store, we want you to love your fashion finds as much as we do. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase of our premium Dresses + Skirts, Jackets + Blazers, or other curated collections, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process.
Our Return Policy
- Timeframe: 15 days from the delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached and in original packaging
- Exceptions: For hygiene reasons, Hats + Hair accessories and Jewelry (unless defective) cannot be returned
Important: We cannot accept returns for items marked as final sale or purchased during special promotional events (these will be clearly marked at time of purchase).
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
- Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order with your request (see template below)
- Wait for Authorization: Our style team will review your request and email you a return authorization number within 2 business days
- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached
- Ship Back: Send the package to our Richmond address (provided in your authorization email) using a trackable shipping method
Return Shipping Options
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped or defective product).
- Standard Return: We recommend using DHL or FedEx for faster processing
- International Returns: Please mark the package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs charges
Refund Process
- Processing Time: 3-5 business days after we receive your return
- Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- Deductions: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Exchange Process
Want a different size or color of our premium Knit Tops + Tees or Denim? Follow the return process above and include a note specifying your desired exchange. We’ll ship the new item once we receive your return (additional shipping charges may apply for international exchanges).

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged item or incorrect product from our Handbags or Footwear collections, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange for a prepaid return label and expedite your replacement.
